Gambling should be a form of entertainment — nothing more. 92prk is committed to giving Pakistani users the information, tools and resources they need to keep their betting activity enjoyable, controlled and within their means. This page is our most important one.
At 92prk, responsible gambling is not a footnote — it is central to everything we publish. These six principles guide our approach to player safety for users across Pakistan.
This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by any Operator's licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly serve minors. If you are under 18, you must leave this platform immediately.
Betting and casino gaming are forms of entertainment. They must never be viewed as a reliable source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or a solution to personal or economic problems. The house always maintains an edge over time.
Before placing any wager — whether on a PSL match, a T20 international, a live casino table or any other market — set a clear, fixed budget that you are comfortable losing entirely. Wager only from disposable income, never from savings, borrowed money or funds earmarked for essentials.
Gambling can become time-consuming without you noticing. Set strict session time limits before you start. Use the Operator's built-in time reminders and reality-check features. Regular breaks help maintain perspective and avoid impulsive decision-making.
Keep a record of your deposits, wagers and withdrawals over time. Most Operators provide a transaction history in the account section. Reviewing this regularly helps you stay objective about how much you are actually spending versus winning or losing.
Problem gambling rarely resolves itself without intervention. The earlier you recognise warning signs and reach out — to a family member, a trusted friend, or a support organisation — the easier it is to regain control. There is no shame in asking for help.
Responsible Operators provide a range of player protection tools that allow you to set boundaries before you need them — not after a problem has already developed. 92prk strongly recommends that all users familiarise themselves with these tools and set limits before they place their first bet.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit into your betting account. For example, capping deposits at PKR 2,000 per week creates a hard ceiling on spending. Once the limit is reached, the platform will not accept further deposits until the period resets. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases usually require a cooling-off period for your protection.
Set a cap on how much you can lose within a defined time period — daily, weekly or monthly. Loss limits are particularly effective because they account for wagering activity, not just deposit amounts. A user who deposits PKR 5,000 but sets a PKR 1,500 weekly loss limit is protected from losing more than that threshold in any given week, regardless of how many bets are placed.
Session time limits allow you to set a maximum duration for each gambling session. Reality checks send you on-screen notifications at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent or won. These prompts are designed to break the absorption effect that gambling can create, bringing you back to objective awareness.
Sometimes the right decision is to stop entirely — either temporarily or for an extended period. Operators offer two main options for this:
A temporary account suspension, typically ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. This is useful if you feel you need a short break to reassess your gambling habits without permanently closing your account.
A longer-term account closure, usually for a minimum of 6 months, with options extending to 1 year, 5 years or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and you should not attempt to open a new account with the same Operator. Request self-exclusion directly through the Operator's responsible gambling or account settings page, or via their support team.
| Tool | Duration Options | Takes Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit Limit | Daily / Weekly / Monthly | Immediately (reductions) |
| Loss Limit | Daily / Weekly / Monthly | Immediately (reductions) |
| Session Time Limit | Per session | Next login |
| Cooling-Off | 24 hrs – 6 weeks | Immediately |
| Self-Exclusion | 6 months – Permanent | Immediately |
Problem gambling does not always look the same from the outside. It can develop gradually and is often invisible to friends and family until it has become serious. The following warning signs are recognised indicators that gambling may have moved from recreation into a harmful pattern.
If you recognise several of these signs in yourself — or in someone you care about — it is important to take them seriously and seek guidance. You do not need to be losing every day to have a problem. The relationship with gambling matters more than the amounts involved.
Chasing Losses — Placing further bets specifically to try to recover money lost in a previous session. This is one of the most consistent indicators of problematic gambling behaviour.
Betting Beyond Your Budget — Regularly wagering more than you intended, or more than your disposable income allows. Dipping into savings, household budgets or funds earmarked for bills or family expenses.
Inability to Stop — Finding it genuinely difficult to walk away at the end of a session, or continuing to bet after telling yourself you would stop after a certain amount.
Gambling to Escape — Using betting or casino games as a way to avoid stress, anxiety, boredom, loneliness or difficult emotions rather than as simple entertainment.
Secrecy and Concealment — Hiding your gambling activity, account balances or losses from family members or close friends. Feeling ashamed or anxious about others finding out how much you are gambling.
Neglecting Responsibilities — Gambling is taking time or money away from work, study, family commitments, social obligations or basic daily responsibilities in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or wherever you live.
Borrowing to Gamble — Taking out personal loans, borrowing from family members, using credit cards or accessing advance salary specifically to fund gambling activity.
Preoccupation with Gambling — Spending a significant amount of mental energy thinking about past bets, planning future wagers or calculating how to obtain funds for the next gambling session.
Tick the questions below honestly. This is not a clinical diagnostic tool — it is a quick awareness check. If you answer "yes" to several of these questions, we strongly encourage you to speak to someone you trust or seek professional support.
Low concern (0–1 yes): Your gambling appears recreational.
Moderate concern (2–3 yes): Consider setting stricter limits and monitoring your habits.
High concern (4+ yes): Please seek support. Speak to your Operator's responsible gambling team or a support service.

Help is available. The following types of support resources are widely recognised for assisting people experiencing gambling-related harm. We encourage any user in Pakistan who is concerned about their gambling to reach out through the appropriate channel.
Many international Operators provide 24/7 responsible gambling helpline numbers on their support pages. Contact your Operator directly to request the helpline relevant to your account's licensing jurisdiction.
Gamblers Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who share experience and support to help each other recover from problem gambling. Chapters and online meetings are accessible internationally, including for Pakistan-based users.
Talking to a trusted family member — a parent, sibling or spouse — is often the most accessible first step. In Pakistani culture, family support networks are strong. Do not underestimate the power of an honest conversation with someone who cares about you.
Every licensed Operator has a dedicated responsible gambling team. They can activate deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion on your behalf. Contact them via live chat, email or phone — most respond within minutes.
If you suspect that someone in your family is experiencing gambling harm, you may notice changes such as unexplained financial stress, secrecy around phone or computer use, withdrawal from social activities, or increased anxiety and irritability.
Approach the conversation with compassion rather than confrontation. Express concern about what you have observed without issuing ultimatums. Offer to help them research support options together. Many people are more receptive to seeking help when they feel supported rather than judged.
If the individual is not ready to seek help, remember that you can still take steps to protect shared finances — such as setting spending limits on joint accounts or seeking your own counselling support for families affected by gambling harm.
92prk is strictly an adults-only platform. Gambling — and information about gambling — is not appropriate for anyone under 18. As a parent or guardian, there are practical steps you can take to prevent underage access:
Pakistan has gambling restrictions in force, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal landscape for online gambling in Pakistan is complex and continues to evolve. 92prk does not provide legal advice, and nothing on this page should be interpreted as a determination of whether any specific activity is lawful for any individual user.
92prk is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their online gambling activity — and their use of any Operator's services — complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before participating.
If you are uncertain about the legality of online betting activity in Pakistan, we strongly recommend consulting an independent legal adviser before engaging with any Operator.
